The Smile Makeover Process
Smile makeovers can be created through procedures such as porcelain veneers and porcelain crowns. Extreme cases may involve dental implants or other intensive procedures. Dr. Bryson or Dr. Margio will discuss with you which of these procedures, or others, may benefit you the most with an evaluation. This involves looking at the teeth, gums, and bite. The different cosmetic dental procedures all offer a look that is natural and comfortable, and can dramatically change the color, shape, length, and width of your teeth.
Once you and one of the dentists at Dr. Bryson and Margio Dentistry have decided what kind of procedures will work best, an impression is taken of your teeth and sent to a lab to create a wax model of how your new smile will look. Porcelain veneers and crowns can be completed in three to four weeks after you have approved the "wax up." Depending on what procedures you and the dentist decide on will depend on the length of time it takes, as well as how long the healing process will take.
